      Absolutely LOVE my bank! I pray my bank stays open forever. Dereck is amazing and always so willing to go above and beyond! Not taking away from Franca one bit, she helped me open my account there and has been such a pleasure to deal with as well! I adore my bank and miss seeing the employees a lot. I do not work in that area anymore so I don’t ever get into what I consider “my” bank/branch anymore! I will always call Dereck or Franca if I need anything and I know I will be taken care of! Thank you both for all of your hard work!!

      Don't ever try to work with Glenna Cooper, she treats you like a number, never gets your name right, and never gets the facts right, and has a horrible attitude. We have been working with Glenna Cooper on a mortgage loan for a couple weeks now, and she has rushed us, told us she is busy numerous times, but yet texts us, and emails us about what we are doing wrong, and shaming us for wasting her time. Then she decides to abruptly send us to another broker because she can't handle her business.

      When you start an account with First Capital Bank of KY then they proceed to sell the bank 20 times, I don't suppose you should expect any patience in return despite sticking with them. Nothing like not closing my account when asked, then waiting for one little thing to hit it a year later so you can charge me continuous overdrafts without contacting me until I owe you $300 for all the hard work you did doing nothing on it. Thanks for splitting the difference with me "eyeroll".
