      I'm leaving two stars instead of one because they probably could have completed my request under ideal circumstances, even though they couldn't for me. I attempted to get a home equity line of credit through this bank and they were completely unprofessional throughout the whole process. Specifically, I did not receive nearly any communication. I was unable to reach my loan officer Marybeth on her phone despite multiple calls. As an example, my mortgage broker provided them with a recent appraisal to use to determine home value. I received a call from a third party asking to set up an appraisal out of the blue and I was not contacted by the bank. I had to do the work to figure out what was going on. Save yourself the time, effort, and headache, and just call someone else.
