      The New Waverly branch is the location that I regularly bank at and it has been such a wonderful experience since I started banking with First Financial a little over a year ago. The customer service that they give is very welcoming . The employees at this branch seem to make it a point to get to know their customers by name and engaging in small talk. They go over and beyond any experience I have ever had at any other bank . And also the drive up ATM was smartly set up with it being open on one side so that wider vehicles or if pulling a trailer is easily accessible to get through without any issues. My overall experience so far has been very positive at the New Waverly location.
