      Sarah and Katherine made everything very easy for us since this was our first home buying experience. They walked us thru everything and answered all of our questions, even when the questions were simple questions and obvious answers. It was a great experience and will definitely recommend to everyone I know to go see them for their next home loan.

      We went in for a simple service and waited over 30 minutes for who was apparently the only one of the dozen people there who could do this particular service—replacing a card. What made it more frustrating is there were a minimum of 10 employees there doing nothing. No one cared that we were waiting. This is not the first time service here was terrible. I’ve been a long time customer but could not recommend this branch.
