      1 star rating for customer service!!! No help from the assistant manager (didn't get her name) but she speaks for Cathy Dunn (branch manager) and MIke ClinešŸ˜’ (district manager) For those thinking about getting a CD, don't, go else where, and learn from my mistake. Upon further investigation this bank has the LOWEST payout. My rate was .35% (at the time 2021-2022, now only .10% 2022-2023) and I checked with 2 credit unions and 1 bank, in which they ALL pay atleast double,if not triple that. And lord forbid your paperwork state a different date than what they tell you, you'll either lose out on a few $100's or have to let your money sit another 12 months. I know my review won't go far and that's fine just a heads up of you plan on doing business with them, BECAREFUL or you'll be sorry

      WAY WAY different from the First Financial Bank in Downtown Middletown that's for sure, its a big building with many more drive- thrus
