      Unfournately, I have to change my review of the customer services at this particular branch to a one. This branch fails to take care of it's customers needs and the services is non-existence. To include, the ATM machine continually malfunctions or is closed forcing its customers to use another ATM. POOR POOR POOR service.

      Extremely poor customer service. It's September in 2021 all the banks are fully open even thier other branches are still open , but this location in Lakewood is still by appointment. OK so I made an appointment drove 30 to get here and no one is at the branch. I called customer they answer 30 minutes later but still can't go inside to get my money Extremely poor customer service. I think I'm gonna find a better credit union.
