      I love this place. We refinanced our house through them and the service was very personable. I did not want to go with one of the big, impersonal refi companies. My son is now working with them to finance his first car.

      I've had this account since hired as a teacher 24 years ago. They helped get me on my feet, or rather on wheels with a signature loan, as I didn't even have a car when I started. They have been there as my family's needs have grown, allowing me to help my children become more independent by cosigning loans with them. They have treated my family with respect at all times. I recommend this c.u. to everyone!

      I had been with First Financial since I opened my first savings account when in middle school. Through college and my early career, I had nominal need for customer service. But as my needs grew, their assistance did not. The harrowing wait for card replacement (by mail?!?), the lack of ability to generate financial reports from online banking, and the diminutive amount of branches near me to be able to access support made my decision to switch to another credit union easy. Cancelling my account with First Financial, as a nearly twenty year member, I remember being struck that they did not ask me why I wanted to cancel, nor express any concern of my leaving.
