      Charged 10 overdraft fees for the same transaction in the same time with a debit card. Wouldn't refund the multiple fees for one transaction. Their credit card system sucks. Their system system should have blocked the withdrawal after 1 overdraft. Stop using banks if you can. PayPal doesn't do this Banks don't deserve our money when they charge such high fees and can loan out 10x of what you put in your account. They steal value from the working class by printing money for nothing.

      Awful. This bank used to be great. Small, local. Now you have to call a different location and wait on hold for 45 minutes to speak to anyone. Everyone you talk to has a different answer or explanation. No one seems to know what they are talking about. Customer service has gone from excellent to abysmal. We tried to avoid big banking but with this bank you get the worst of both worlds. Terrible. Bank elsewhere. We will be moving our accounts ASAP.
