  We were dragging our feet on a cash out refi, dreading the process. I spent weeks researching brokers. The broker we used for the purchase years prior was good but the process was long and I did not feel like I received the best possible service. When I came across Robert Salotto from First Financial Lending I immediately saw the number of 5 star reviews. The reviews were not cookie cutter and all spoke of different circumstances which I believed showed they were genuine. After speaking with my wife I reached out to Bob. He was out of the office but spoke with me and listened to what I was looking for without rushing me off the phone. I completed the online application after 4pm. His partner Justin reached out to me within the hour and began working on it right away. Process got underway Thursday and we were clear to close on Monday. We will surely recommend them to family/friends for mortgage needs and they will be my go to in the future! Thanks again!

  Justin and Bob were both absolutely amazing. Justin was extremely responsive, patient, and communicative. We used a VA loan and we got to closing within 3 weeks of having an offer accepted and going under contract. We even got a check back at closing which never happens. These guys made us feel like we were a top priority and that they were passionate and proactive about making sure we got into our home quickly and with a good rate. Both Justin and Bob are personable and easy to talk to. They break things down in a way that makes it all extremely clear and easy to understand. We had spoken to other lenders before that made it our situation seem a little impossible or complex. Our first phone call with Justin was extremely positive and hopeful. We went from feeling like we wouldn't be able to purchase a home for a few years to being able to do it now. That was very important to us because of the rising costs of housing and the rising interest rates. We feel extremely fortunate to have found First Financial and will recommend them to any and everybody that is looking to purchase a home. In the future if we decide to refinance we will be calling Justin and Bob!
