  The best credit union. You are a member of the family. No surprises, just good old excellent customer service all the time. Greeted, listened to and they help facilitate all your needs. Home, auto, loans,....as good as it gets. Never been curious to know any bank else in 40 years. They are the veru👌 👍 best.

  8 am i stopped to make a quick deposit at the atm before work and they decided while i was making my deposit to do maintenance on the atm so my card stayed inside the atm . I told them at the window outside they were looking at me like im bothering them after 4 or minutes a lady at the window tried to speak to me but they know the speaker doesn't work... after 5 -6 minutes she made a sign with her hand that i have to come inside at this point im already late for work . I went inside Caroline was asking me all this questions i said "im late for work i just want my debit card " she kept on asking questions then come Rona Lettman (very unprofessional) she overheard everything but she told me i have to step aside let them help someone else who's behind me while my debit is just sitting right next to her on the counter it gets worse and even funny because since i told her i was late for work she handed me my card in slow motion .i called work stayed in the parking lot to write this . I wonder why this happened (i have a guess)

  Besides offering a full range of services at nominal costs (if any), First Florida Credit Union has the nicest staff I have ever encountered anywhere, much less with a financial institution.
