      Truly appalling. I asked incredibly specific questions when opening an account, only to find they have minimums (!?) on what you can transfer. The person I spoke with either lied to my face or was so incompetent he shouldn't be allowed to interface with customers. To make it worse, but confirm this is typical of every aspect of this beyond unreliable bank, I spoke with someone ten days ago who was supposed to contact her manager to investigate what happened (it's already cost me at least $50). Of course she never called back, not after I left another message. Banks Basically just provide customer service. If you actually want people who don;t lie to your face, are responsible, and deserve your business, have nothing to do with these people.

      New customer. Just opened an online savings account with them. Their website and mobile banking interface is slow and unreliable. Hope they could improve it.
