      This certainly isn't First Mountain Bank anymore. Staff is typically friendly and warm but a bank is more than its staff. No more Saturday hours, no weekend/after-hours phone help for business accounts, locked accounts for trying to actually use the account - with no means to unlock for days over the weekend, online banking system which never works, numerous errors on our accounts which took months to repair, no more ATM to deposit cash in Running Springs on weekends or evenings, and no overdraft for even 1 business day *with proof of pending payment*, and horrifically bad misinformation at every step of what could have been a manageable situation, turning it into the worst possible scenario. Thanks for nothing but headaches and catastrophic misinformation when I needed a single business day of grace (payment arrived, btw). I'll be switching as soon as I can manage.

      Way nicer place to deal with than B of A (horrible policies), Chase (even worse than B of A with fees), and Wells Fargo (done me wrong after being a client for over 20 years). The entire staff is terrific!
