      GOT FINANCED HERE GOT A 1998 FORD EXPLORER WE PAID THE BOOK VALUE, MADE $414.00 MONTHLY PAYMENTS UNTIL I FOUND OUT INTEREST RATES WAS WAY OVER LEGAL LIMITS, THEY REPO VEHICLE TOOK US TO COURT AND WE WON OUR DISPUTE BECAUSE INTEREST RATE THEY HAD US WAS ABOUT 28% LEGAL RATE IS 21.99% THAT'S $100.00 A MONTH FOR INTEREST, WE COULD OF RE COUNTER SUIT BUT OPTED OUT BUT SHOULD OF. THEY ALSO DID ILLEGAL ACTION WHEN THEY HAD A PRIVATE AUCTION AFTER TAKEN VEHICLE BACK WHICH SHOULD OF BEEN A PUBLIC AUCTION AND THEY EXPECTED US TO PAY $12,000 FOR A VEHICLE WORTH $4,500 AT TIME AND THEY BOUGHT IT BACK AT PRIVATE AUCTION FOR $1,300.00. THE JUDGE WASN'T VERY HAPPY WHAT IT FOUND OUT AND SIDED WITH US!!!
