      Very amateur financial institution. This bank is right around the corner from my home, so went inside to inquire about a commercial loan for my business. The lender was unsure on some of the answers to my questions, so tried to impress me by calling over the Texas President. The Texas President made it known not even five minutes into our conversation that he was the son of the CEO. What a little snot nosed kid. Plus he was very rude and cut me off several times. I was not impressed. Stay away from this bank, very amateurish!

      The staff at the branch in Fort Worth are awesome. BUT I hate going to the website for information and have had issues using the mobile app which sucks when you are traveling.
