      They refused to process a $8500 check my fiancé made out to me because his signature looked different - however they waited a whole week to decline it and NEVER ATTEMPTED TO CALL HIM. This caused me to overdraw on my account and halted me from paying my contractors on time for a project I was working on.

      The bank is "okay." However, a few times I've had problems at the ATM, such as it eitger just taking my card (I went inside and the tellers basically just told me to get out), and a few times after the ATM read my card, it CHARGED my card, not even checking my balance, nor withdrawling anything.. As I said, this has only happened a few times out of the past 7 years or so but it is so close, its still convenient to access and use.
