      I had only 1 question to ask, BUT I had to wait in line on my cell for 34 minutes. This verfied by the timer on my cell. It said estimating wait time 19 mins. At least at American Savings, they have a general questions person that will take your call in less than 15 seconds. First Hawaiian being such a large bank, they sure make you feel small. Not local style

      Always a line across the building and out the door due to never having more than two tellers at a time. They have these signs everywhere to tell us to use the atm or go online but 90% of the people here need to be in person to conduct their business. Stop trying to excuse why it takes so long and hire more people. They say it’s voted Hawaiian best place to work? Probably because nobody works here
