  This credit union is clearly not interested in signing up new members or providing quality customer service. Called when they opened at 9:00 and the only time I could come in to become a member was 2:00 in the afternoon. Then at 2 they told me to come back in an hour because they were busy. I thought that was the whole idea of appointments. Served my country in the military for 20 years and never been treated with such disregard or lack of concern. I will gladly find another bank to do business with.

  I was concerned with the merger/acquisition of Tioga FCU by First Heritage. While I do miss some of the folks and personal service at Tioga, I've found that the staff at First Heritage in Mansfield to be warm, friendly, and kind. The first time I visited FH in Mansfield, I received great customer service from Dorla. She helped me with some odd requests and offered several solutions for my account needs, without being pushy or overbearing. She seemed to genuinely care.
