We had first reached out to First Heritage when we were considering looking at buying a home. They were incredibly helpful, walking us through every step. We worked with Kristina O'Neill- and she helped us figure out our price point, and gave us advice on our credit as well. We started looking at new builds, and there was an incentive to go through the builder's lender. That process became incredibly difficult, and we sought to look elsewhere. Going back to First Heritage was a no-brainer- Kristina was right there with us every step of the way- as was the entire team behind her. She was fantastic to work with, and if we ever needed it again, I would go to First Heritage first every single time. Their professionalism, customer service, and helpful advice were what made this stressful process much smoother. I cannot recommend them enough.
