      This is an amazing bank that I always recommend to friends and family. I started a business account with them a year ago and couldn’t be more pleased. This bank deserves five stars.

      Consumer beware, do not work with Vanessa! This bank takes on more work than it can handle and when the going gets tough, they stop responding. Vanessa, claims to head up the lending division, spent more time making conversation than she did putting work into getting the actual banking done. We put our faith in her to get our PPP loan completed (which literally any bank can do at this point) and once she got busy with other loans she literally ghosted us. No replies to phone calls, emails or texts. Absolutely atrocious service. Shame on you Vanessa, you’re a time waster. We had so many options to choose from and we put our faith in you. Seems your only worth is casual conversations. Consumers, save yourselves time and take your business elsewhere, this bank is a fraud.
