      Ever since they shut down their website and app to upgrade it has become the slowest banking experience I’ve ever had. Their slow computers create a longer wait with only one teller at a time available. The two tellers they have are friendly and helpful but at this point I think I’m going to head to another banking institution. I don’t mind waiting in a line because of customer volume. I do however mind waiting 20 minutes for my own single transaction to happen. One teller at the end of the day is unacceptable.
