      These people are crooks. They take advantage of unknowing customers. They can definitely get you in a property or refinance to then be at the closing table and realize the rates are through the roof. Because of the emotions and the fact that they fill your head up with nonsense you don't even realize till you start paying for it. They are crooks. Their rates are not even normal high to make it appealing to buyers because they sell your mortgage before you owe your first payment. I've bought through Sal Savastono before (Though I got a similar complaint from someone else) and never thought he would do this considering the relationship, but it's all business to them and when you are desperate, they win. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!
