My wife used First Home Mortgage before and had a great experience, therefore we decided to use them again to purchase our home together. They never acknowledged that we were married and that the loan was in both our names. They neglected several times to add my name to paper work unless reminded. My name was always added at the bottom of an added page. When addressing questions, dates, concerns etc they constantly called and/or emailed my wife. We could never get it touch with Ryan (who gave us the most run arounds) the agency requested duplicate information to by themselves time. It was a frustrating and unforgettable experience. Last, after all was finalized they mailed a gift of seeds to our new home addressed to just my wife. TOPPER!
