      a JOKE!! first of all they’re extremely slow and none of them seem like they know what they’re doing. i went to deposit a check from school which was $6000 and the next day my account was over 3,000 dollars in the negative!! how does that make sense??! and my deadline to pay for school is approaching and they’re messing stuff up for me. now they’re not answering the phone. i’ve been calling all day. please stay away from this bank!

      This bank has ZERO customer service. I've spent WEEKS, now months (since it took over Iberia Bank in Feb) trying to get resolutions to problems. Nothing. It's been a nightmare! I will be changing banks.
