      Awesome place to bank very kind and quick! I usually just deposit online or ATM but in person experience was very pleasant and accomplished what I needed to in a timely manner. Great customer service is rare but you can get it at this bank. Have had a good experience at all local branches in and around Kingsport as well. 😀👍💰💸✅🏧

      What a rude individual. I know it was almost closing time but for God's sake you close the door at 3:59 right when I'm walking up and then shake your shoulders that's insane. The business model conveyed to these workers here is subpar. Maybe I caught him at a bad day who knows I just laughed and walked away. "Working" banker hours I would think you would be more courteous.
