      I have had an account here for 2 years. Very friendly tellers. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that they are closed on Saturday.

      Very unprofessional attitudes, they lose paperwork, their copier breaks, and they're slow. If I could go back, I wouldn't have ever bothered with this bank. I'm sure that the employees are overwhelmed, overworked, and short staffed but never have I felt like a "Karen" and I feel like I'm considered one every time I go here and that makes me uncomfortable. I avoid having to as much as possible. 2 stars because you can tell they're trying. However, i'm definitely switching banks.
