  Wish I could give a 6 star review! I've been a customer of First Tennessee (now called First Horizon) for almost 2 decades because of their ease of use and quality customer service. My experience this time was no exception. • Unfortunately I was involved in a Craigslist apartment scam and wired money to whom I thought was the owner of my future apartment rental. Nathan, one of the associates there, assisted me seamlessly in the transfer. However, the next day, the deal started to raise many red flags and I realized that it was actually a fraud. So, I called Nathan to tell him what had happened, and he quickly got to work. Within less than 24 hours, he had worked with First Horizon's Fraud department and Chase Bank (the receiver of the funds) and the money was back in my account before I even knew that it was taken care of. • I had ZERO expectation of getting my money back given the nature of the situation, and how STUPID I was for falling into the scheme. Even if I HADN'T been able to get my money back (I honestly didn't expect to) Nathan handled the situation swiftly and in the most efficient way possible. First Horizon once again proved that they are one of the top (if not THE best) local banks in TN and I will continue to use them in the future. Thanks again Nathan, I really appreciate your expertise and promptness with handling the matter, and I definitely owe you a beer or lunch sometime.

  Really loved this bank when it was First Tennessee. Since the switch to First Horizon I've had nothing but issues with this bank. I get direct deposit from my job I've been at forever they have system issues now Im stuck with no money cause they screwed up the system. Even the atm I used to deposit CASH into took my deposit I had to wait a week to get my money credited back. Do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else.
