  Everyone inside of this place is absolute incompetent. Only one girl moves like a rocket but everyone is lazy and collecting paychecks. Bank manager sits all day and stares at customers as the line grows longer and longer. Everyone needs to stay away from this bank

  Poor customer service. I've never had to provide so much information to open an account. On top of that when I tried to ask the banker what I could use as address verification she just handed me a pink paper that said I needed 2 forms of it and proceeded to say NEXT to the person sitting in the lobby to come over. I felt rushed. I hope other locations are not like this one or I will not be keeping this account long. I also kept receiving inconsistent information over the phone and in the branch as I was told I could deposit a certain check online with no issues . As I got home , after she had looked at said check, I tried to deposit and I can only deposit 250$ online and my check was larger than that. I've worked in banks before and it's the WORST place to receive incorrect information. This location needs to straighten up. Very unprofessional location
