      The only thing that interests this bank is to win because it doesn't do anything to help its clients, I'm just waiting for my money to be returned, they scammed me and they're fine, thanks and now they've blocked my card just because I'm trying to access my account for the app, and it's shit💩with the new update that was made I'm very angry with this shitty bank and I'm leaving them alone I wait for my money and they unlock my card and my account to get my money and bye💩💩💩💩😡😡 😡

      It’s sad how inconvenient the customer service is now in the banking industry. First Horizon only opens one branch on Saturdays now for the city and I just went there to find a drive-through is closed down and nobody wants to answer the phone. Just wasted 30 minutes a time driving in gas to find that out. If I known I would’ve brought a mask so they wouldn’t let me through the door
