      I have banked with First Horizon (previously Iberia) for several years. I’m unimpressed with the service at this branch. The tellers are consistently standoffish and rude when engaging with customers and sometimes downright condescending. The bankers are also uncomfortable to work with. I don’t recommend doing business here and will be moving my funds elsewhere.

      Walked in a quiet, unbusy branch and ask if there were a sign in sheet to see a banker. I was told there was not and to have a seat and the gentleman at the desk in the center of the lobby would be with me shortly. A male customer from the teller line walked up to the the male banker at the desk and proceeded to conduct business. The male Banker, who saw me waiting, proceeded to ignore me and assist the gentleman who cut. I don't know why I ever thought to put my inheritance in that bank in the first place. Glad they showed their true colors before conducting business. I walked down the street and bank with Chase now.
