      I needed to have access to my mother's saving acct. and have it transferred to her checking account since she is going into assisted living. I have power of attorney.I made 3 trips to the bank and got 3 different answers and still no solution. I was also told they did not have a fax machine?? Two stars is generous only that they were polite but didn't seem to know what they were doing. I guess my 4th trip will be today dragging my 102 year old mother up there in her walker to tell them what to do. I was also told they didn't have the information to tell me the beneficiary to her money market account I know I am because my mother told me. Just worn out. Frances Leftwich
