      This review is a review of the whole bank as much as this branch. They constantly lock your card for "irregular" purchases, like getting gas next to your work using a pin number, and then you spending 4 hours on hold to tell them you actually did use the card so you can get it turned back on. As for the branch they're not much better. I'm switching banks because I've had it with this one.

      Horrible bank from the #800 to the employees at the local bank. Make false claims on helping people during the pandemic and when you ask the to fix a mistake on your account they tell me maybe you should get a credit card and get overdraft protection. When I said o was going to find another bank said they didn't care . T
