      One lady there is rude! She has bad customer service skills. She needs to be fired!

      My friend went in today to obtain a replacement debit card for her husband who works out of town. His card was compromised, and had to cancel it because their fraud department wouldn't answer the phone. Over a week went by, and she was told to go to the branch to pick up the replacement. She went in, and was treated rudely as she stood in line, and then was told she couldn't pick up the card, that her husband had to do so. Very unprofessional demeanor, poor customer service skills, and there was no other word but rudeness for how she was treated.
