      Very pleased with our experience with FIBT thus far (customers for almost 2 years). Excellent, friendly and personalized customer service. When I call the number, I actually get to speak with a local person, not a call center where the person may or may not speak intelligible English. We had some fraudulent activity on one of our accounts. FIBT notified us, put the debit card on hold, resolved the issue, got our money back, and issued us a new debit card (on site! that day!) all in the same day. Amazing. Mobile Banking is easy to use (and we do!), but we also go into the branch now and then, and always receive prompt service with a smile.
