      Every single time I go to this bank I am greeted with a smile and the teller always greets me by name. Even if someone new comes along, by the second visit they know my name! Today though, Ali and her team made my day! I have been having issues with a purchase and she took time out of her day to help me make several long phone calls to the customer service line, which I had already done the last 4 days. She exhibited kindness even when she was clearly just as frustrated as I was! In the end, we were able to avoid getting my money back via the bank requests and we were able to make the return! Thank you first international bank for being there for us! The whole team has been so kind and I honestly look forward to stopping at the bank!

      They took 3000 out of my savings so I didn't have money tell Monday because of an "error." They have done this at least 4 times sense I've been there sense July. I would switch banks.
