      I am the sister of Jhinia C and unequivocally concur with this REVIEW: Their closing agent, Diane was unprofessional and insincere in dealing with our family! My parents were in the midst of selling a home when my mom passed away. She made our closing process, lengthy, stressful, and emotionally draining. She was difficult from start to finish, requesting items be done in a specific way that was often inconvenient for my dad who is 82! She hung up on Ms. Jihnia and never apologized or acknowledge it. Ms. Jihnia contacted the owner of company who apologized and stepped in to assure things would be done smoothly and in proper order which is the main reason we didn't move to another title company as it was 3 days prior to closing. I was in the closing room when this event occured... At the closing on Friday, July16, 2021 after 12:30ish Ms. Diane kept mentioning a "Hector" on paperwork to which my sister Jihnia responded that we didn't know this person. Ms. Diane said that we had told her this person was a family member so my sister Jihnia asked to see the papers. She was talking about my recently deceased mother whose name is "Herodia," with same last name as my dad! She attempted to express her condolences. I say attempt because how seriously can you take words of comfort from an individual who never stopped checking paperwork to look at our faces when saying their sentiments. Please learn from my mistake, go elsewhere!!!
