  i know i’m a teenager but i have a job, money and a reason to go to the bank to either cash checks or take money out, but they always treat me differently than adults, and 100% of the time they will talk to everyone else who’s an adult first before considering talking to me. only 1 lady there treats me like everyone else. I am someone with money who is giving them business but they don’t treat me like it. i’ve had some people say “ do you need something??” with a snooty attitude. it ruins my experience every time…

  i have been a loyal customer for awhile now. i have never had issues ever with them. until today, i tried to cash my check from my work, and a worker told me i couldn’t since i didn’t have equal funds in my account. i have never had this issue before, i actually have had less in my account and a bigger paycheck before and no one said anything. i can’t make my car payment now because i won’t have my money for another 2-3 days.. she told me that i couldn’t cash it since it isn’t wrote out to them, which is wrong. if i sign the back of the check and it is wrote out to ME. i am signing off to the bank my check. she said i could see if pioneer bank would cash it for me, but that isn’t my bank! i am definitely thinking about switching banks.
