      Super slow. Been sitting here for 15 minutes behind someone and haven't seen them interact with this individual since I got here. This isn't even my bank but I have to pay my rent through this bank.

      We put all of our money from home sale into this account. Took 2 weeks to get the debit cards. Now we are waiting another 2 weeks for the pin!!! What is this the 80’s??? Not only that we couldn’t access my account because it took a week for them to put my account into the system, so we could register online. You can’t use Venmo or Zelle with them. Once they have your money it’s very hard to access by any means used other than going into the bank. Not a fan!
