      Austin made the unthinkable possible, when other companies turned me down for a manual underwriting situation, Austin was helpful and great at communicating with me. To include documentation needed and what I needed to do on my end to close the deal. Without the help of him and first look I do not think I would have a mortgage!

He was on top of everything, so the process was smooth and as stress-free as it could possibly be. I never had to worry if something was being taken care of, because I knew he had it handled.
