      If you're a black american and want a good banking experience, don't go here. The process to open an account was extremely lengthy, way more than I've experienced at other banks. The teller assumed I only had the minimum amount to open a savings account and questioned the validity of my information (which is normal to some extent but she went way too far). My husband banks here, and after my experience w them today, he will be closing his accounts. I will not bank where I do not feel wanted. I literally opened a savings and checking with another bank and did not go through half of the process she tried to take me through. I'm so disappointed and really just upset right bow
