      The girls that work at the connersville branch are great but go to any other locations you better look out! They are rude and nasty! I unfortunately have my mortgage through this bank and pray I can refinance some where else, the do not deserve our business! A lady named Brownie was suppose to be helping us with our loan and I called and simply asked if she had all the paper work she needed and she got extremely rude and said " I will get to it when I get to it!" I'm sorry but that it terrible customer service! I can't believe they would allow her to work with people.
