      Absolute awful service. I am trying to buy a house and simply called to ask for a bank statement to be faxed. I talked with Anita, and I was in the process of pulling up an email on exactly what needed to be sent to the loan company. We were on the phone for exactly 2 minutes and 33 seconds. It took me about 45 seconds to explain my scenario and what I needed, I politely asked her to hang on while I got my email pulled up to tell her what needed to be faxed, all while she proceeded to complain that the lobby was incredibly full. I TOLD HER I HAD IT PULLED UP and she then told me to just call back when I had all the info. I am very disappointed as a new customer. I work in customer service and her customer service skills are absolutely atrocious. I understand being busy, but there is such thing as being a decent human being and helping take care of and resolve an issue that would have only taken 5 minutes of Anita's precious time. You all are freaking awful.
