      Cristina took my dad and I in without an appointment. She was very sweet and thorough and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process! She's the best! If you need help with a loan I recommend her 110%.

      I mean the girls are nice but man.. they are slow. I get 30 mins on lunch.. work 5 mins away and still am late every break. What takes 15 mins w no other customers present and 5 women standing around inside? Come on.

      The staff should have better customer service, especially the tall & thin woman with the glasses!!! She proceeded to tell me that “We will need an ID for withdrawals to avoid unnecessary flicking off.” How about avoid petty comments, and simply do your job? I work in Customer Service as well. I wouldn’t have said THAT unnecessary comment.
