      During the recent Covid outbreak. The First Merchants app kept saying that it was pending. Then when it stopped I was in the hole. So I went and tried to take care of it! So it went to pending once again I was in the hole over a $100. When I questioned this they said it wasn't there fault!! So now I owe them money after driving up there to close my account and they couldn't even handle that correctly! Had to go back again the next day to dign paperwork that should have been done on the 1st trip!!!
