      Took out a build your credit loan that they market as being a way to build your credit by taking out a loan that they service for you. Fast forward two years. They stopped paying the loan and put a delinquency on my credit statement. Now they’re saying I owe more money to have them remove the delinquency they caused. Stay away from here. Update: after 2 weeks of emails, to which I now no longer get a response my credit report remains 100 points lower than it was.

      Great place to store your money if you want them to steal all of it. Send out "quarterly" statement but charge monthly fees, so by the time you realize they are charging these fees they have already taken 3 months worth of fees from you. Called the place 3 times to question this, with each time they state they need to confer with someone higher up. Well by the time I got an answer it was 2 months later and they had taken another 2 month's worth of fees and cannot reverse because they need to be "fair". Being fair would require you to not steal YOUR customer's money. Store your money in a real banking institution that won't take your money from you and has good customer service.
