      I have had so many issues with this bank and their customer service representatives are the absolute worst! They failed to send me a debit card for weeks and they had my correct address. Anytime I have an issue and have to call support I cringe because it's always a ditzy uninformed girl that is literally NEVER any help. Save yourself some aggregation and annoyance by choosing a better bank with a legit customer service department.
