      The well spoken young man named Cito at the front desk greeted me as soon as I walked in, made me feel comfortable the entire time I was there and found me the person I needed to talk to. His energy and eagerness to help me contributed to an overall positive atmosphere that flows throughout this classy financial institution. You guys are doing it right. 5 stars.

      I opened an account there to take advantage of their high interest rate promotional offer but found the small print rules (to qualify for the advertised rates) to be very difficult to follow leading me to close the account. Their online banking services are dated and confusing (using a third party website) though local service seems responsive.
