      Opened a business account with this bank. The service fee caused the account to over draft. It's extremely crooked to keep charging the account overdraft fees on your service fees. I will never EVER open an account with first midwest bank. Attempted to contact the person who opened my account multiple times. No follow up call. Attempted to contact the bank manager. No follow up call. The representative of their collections department stated that I refused to speak to someone at the bank (while during those calls I kept asking for them to transfer me over to someone at the branch whom can help). First midwest has lost all credibility and will not trust my money with them due to these lazy and unethical business practices. Joliet tire & auto If these overdraft fees are not waived. I will leave this review on your Yelp, Facebook and every other place where I can leave a review. I still can't believe that being overdrafted by your service fee allows you to charge over 190$ in over draft fees. To put this into perspective. -$5 will cost you over 200$. Which is roughly 40 times the debt!

      Every time I go to this location all the female tellers always give me such a hard time. I work 65-70 hours a week and have limited to to run to the bank but they are always so unhappy to see me. Whether it’s an eye roll or a snarky comment to their coworker it’s always something.
