  Went in earlier today like a dozen other frustrated customers who are locked out of their account since first midwest merged with old national. Had every intention of withdrawing a lump of my money and moving it to another bank until the crowds died down and I was able to close my account with a banker in a couple weeks. Avoided voicing my frustration and instead just withdrew some money and sympathized with the teller, who was extremely friendly. I’m sure they’re just as annoyed/stressed dealing with angry people all day since the merge asking the same 3 questions. While waiting on my withdrawal, a personal banker keyed in a couple things on her laptop and was able to reset my password by the time the transaction was completed. She also provided me an alternate number to contact old national on as hold times are insane due to the merger. Needless to say, It’s another instance of First Midwest staff coming through with excellent service and why I’ve chose to bank and recommend them for the past 15+ years. Will not be closing my account. Was able to login, deposit my check (that I was planning on taking to another bank), and get my online bills paid before incurring late fees. Thanks a bunch to the RLB staff for coming in on a pinch 🍻🍻

  Zelle account was placed on hold. I can't talk to customer service via phone (6+ hour wait). I'll be closing my account after banking here for a decade

  Old national Bank is terrible! Can't get in the bank because of all the people yelling and complaining about not being able to do anything with there accounts! 1 st day of this bank and I don't want anything to do with them !
