      Every portion of our closing transaction was pushed to the last second Our closing took place and the funds were stated to be distributed the same day via wire for another closing the following day This didn’t happen without 3 phone calls The taxes were to be paid on our behalf and it is now 5 weeks after the closing and the taxes are due in 4 days and they have not been paid yet, even though they claim to walk the documents to the county office daily The county confirmed they have less than 1/2 day back log which was one excuse offered instead of just checking the records and admitting they are sitting on our money for 5 weeks before paying the tax bill. Very frustrating to never get a straight answer and I have never gotten a return call from a message left
