      Not really sure what other reviewer was dealing with but I just refinanced for second time using First Mortgage. Dan O'Shea is not only a pleasure to deal with but he looked out for my best interest both times. Hopefully I will never need another mortgage, but if I did my first call would be to Dan.

      We used First Mortgage to close on our first home. Received wrong information and slow service throughout. Constant delays from the mortgage company resulted in over $2K additional closing cost. If you're a first-time home buyer especially, go with a different company unless you want to deal with dishonest individuals.
